Dr. Marzyeh Parvizi qualified from the University of Liverpool School of Dentistry in 2010. She began her career with vocational training in North Wales, where she was awarded the prestigious Llandudno Cup for the best presentation on patient management in the region—an early recognition of her clinical excellence and compassionate approach to care.
Following her training, Marzyeh gained extensive experience in hospital settings across Manchester, Bristol, Oxford, and Milton Keynes. During this time, she developed advanced skills in oral surgery, paediatric dentistry, special care dentistry, and restorative dentistry.
Committed to lifelong learning, Marzyeh regularly attends postgraduate courses to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental care. She has also achieved Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Known for her gentle touch and calm chairside manner, Marzyeh is especially skilled at putting nervous patients at ease.
Dr. Lisa Kienert qualified from the University of Dresden (Germany) in 2009 and worked between the UK and Germany before moving to London in 2015. Lisa is an experienced and highly regarded practitioner with a special interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
She completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at the Dominic Hassall Training Institute in 2019 and is a Level 1&2 Certified Bioclear Practitioner trained at the UK’s only Bioclear International Learning Centre in Solihull.
Passionate about maintaining a positive dental experience, Lisa ensures that enough time is dedicated to listening to her patients’ desires and concerns. She explains available treatment options with their advantages and drawbacks and makes sure her patients feel confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, Lisa spends most of her time with her husband, her little boy, and her two cats. She enjoys photography, crafting, sewing, DIY, fashion, yoga, and travelling to explore new cultures and cuisines.
Dr. Jamal Al-Saedi – Associate dentist, GDC No. 271919. Jamal graduated as a dentist in 2007 and is a highly valued member of the team at Merton Dental Wimbledon. He is well known for his gentle, reassuring manner and dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
He has successfully completed the MJDF Part 1 examinations and remains committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending advanced dental courses across the UK.
While Dr. Jamal enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, he has a special interest in Restorative Dentistry, Implants, and Invisalign treatment.
Outside the clinic, Jamal enjoys playing or watching football, working out at the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends over a BBQ.
Mojgan is a GDC-registered Dental Therapist and Hygienist, having practiced in dentistry since 1993. She completed an MSc in Experimental Oral Pathology (2008) and a PhD in Oral Immunology (2013) at Queen Mary University of London and has been active in clinical research since then.
Mojgan has advanced knowledge and expertise in hygiene and periodontics. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills, experienced in treating a diverse range of patients.
Her aim is to help patients maintain their oral health by preventing and treating periodontal disease and promoting good oral health practices.
Mudan joined the Merton Dental team in July 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of the practice. She began her career as a dental nurse and is currently completing an apprenticeship in Dental Practice Management, equipping her with the skills to effectively support and lead a thriving dental team.
She is known for her excellent people skills, clear communication, and consistently high standard of patient care — all of which help create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.
Passionate about supporting both patients and colleagues, Mudan looks forward to welcoming even more patients to Merton Dental in the months ahead.
Dr. Raid Ali graduated in 1996 and has been practicing as a dentist since. He has been a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS) of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh since 2010 and also holds a Master’s degree in Implantology.
Raid is one of the leading implant surgeons in the UK, having placed over a thousand implants, conducted and consulted on various complex cases, and offering immediate same-day teeth (All-on-Four implants).
He is respected nationally and internationally as a lecturer and mentor, having taught advanced implantology methods across the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
